CARPET FACILITY is a facility manager. It is responsible for the all-round management and maintenance of real estate, i.e. the technical management of buildings and technologies, including the operation of technical equipment, audits and inspections, the repair of defects and malfunctions, the tracking of guarantees, routine maintenance, record-keeping and asset management.
Facility management advisory and consultancy services, administrative support, management of the tenant portfolio and communication with tenants, including relevant legal and accounting services, are all part of its standard customer service. Building security, including security guards, reception services, CCTV, ACS, intrusion detection alarms, and smoke and fire detectors are also integral services.
