GES REAL serves as an umbrella for end-to-end trade development: acquiring, developing, and then selling property. It prepares and implements projects geared primarily towards the office segment and residential housing.
In the office segment, its projects include the modern Crystal Prague office building and the comprehensive refurbishment of the Vinice commercial and office building in Prague’s Strašnice district. GES REAL is also preparing and working on other projects in this area of development.
Another activity is residential projects (such as Prague – Troja Diplomatic Quarter and Liberec – Staré Pavlovice), with plans for further housing projects in attractive locations.
CARPET FACILITY is a facility manager. It is responsible for the all-round management and maintenance of real estate, i.e. the technical management of buildings and technologies, including the operation of technical equipment, audits and inspections, the repair of defects and malfunctions, the tracking of guarantees, routine maintenance, record-keeping and asset management.
Facility management advisory and consultancy services, administrative support, management of the tenant portfolio and communication with tenants, including relevant legal and accounting services, are all part of its standard customer service. Building security, including security guards, reception services, CCTV, ACS, intrusion detection alarms, and smoke and fire detectors are also integral services.
